Role/Assignment: Interim Finance Director – Major Infrastructure
Contract Type: Interim / Day-Rate (Inside of IR35)
Remuneration: c. £1000 per day
Target Start Date: May 2021
Location: London (Remote working until office transition)

Client Description: Multi-Billion T/O Business Services Group
Background:
The Group CFO and Divisional CEO of their Construction & Property Division require the support from an experienced Finance Director to lead their function which is responsible for delivering projects that carry a £1bn+ Budget / Capex Cost.
Experience:
Candidates will need to demonstrate their experience and track record of successfully delivering infrastructure projects of a similar size. This experience is likely to be have gained working within the construction/infrastructure sector, for one the (or several) large contractors within major projects. Candidates could also come from the “client” side, provided they can demonstrate the required skillset or from organisations of significant scale that choose to fully design, build and manage in-house.
Example projects of the right size, scale and complexity could include the likes of: Airports, Power Stations, Data Centres, Mines/Mining Facilities, Ports or Oil Refineries.
