Business Change Manager
We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who require a Business Change Manager for one of their Public sector Clients based with London. This would be remote for now
Job Title - Business Change Manager
Clearance required - Active SC required, will need to have Government Department SC used in the last 12 months that can be transferred
Nationality Requirements - Candidate must be a resident in the UK for last 5 years and not travelled outside of the UK for longer than 1 month in duration within the last 5 years
Location - London or remotely. Possibly some travel to Milton Keynes
Job Spec -
Work with Programme leadership on business change activities which may include production of:
The change management vision and strategy
Stakeholder engagement strategy, stakeholder sentiment analysis, key messages for stakeholders and stakeholder groups, programme communications.
Stakeholder roadmap(s) recording the name and role of key people, and the frequency, due date and responsibility for engagement activity from the Programme.
Training strategy and plan, training needs analysis, training materials
Change impact assessment approach and ongoing analysis, change plan and business readiness approach and assessment
Business change coaching plans depicting frequency and nature of interaction with groups of senior management to facilitate coaching to their own teams.
Engagement campaign map of key messages incorporated into the stakeholder Roadmap(s).
