The Role
As our client begins this vital journey of change, they are seeking an experienced leader with proven reputation for transformation within banking / financial services.
They need a strategist to work closely with all the stakeholders and delivery teams, navigate the challenges, motivate the business, work collaboratively and be sensitive to a unique culture that combines banking and social impact.
The Person
The desired applicant will have:
- A track record of leading transformation strategies within financial services
- Organisational design and operating models leading to new ways of working
- Change management
- Planning and programme leadership
- Expertise in applying technologies/digital architectures/vendor relationships
- Financial acumen – budgets, board presentations
- Governance and compliance
- Person centric – high visibility throughout the bank
- Builds sustainable business models
- Outstanding team leadership
- Evidence that you have an interest in charities, civil society organisations
