Job Details

FM Asset Manager working on a national portfolio, supporting local FM with Asset Register, lifecycle planning and overall Asset Mgmt support. Strong experience with CAFM systems (and ideally concept evolution although not essential), and experience with PFI projects is highly desirable

Description

Manage the asset management processes and data across internal and client teams

Understand asset management risk

Ensure the asset register is kept up to date

Manage the lifecycle plan and ensure remains up to date

Input to maintenance strategy, ensuring the right intervention for an asset is based on risk, condition and performance.

Align work activity with the estate strategy and client business objectives.

Create reporting and analytical capability to interrogate all estate and asset management data to benchmark, learn about and improve the cost / performance / risk balance

Use data and analysis output for scenario modeling and to enable effective decision making.

Assess and continually improve the asset management system

Profile

Demonstrable experience within FM and Asset Management

Experience working with Asset Register and Lifecycle planning

Proven knowledge of CAFM systems, ideally with Concept Evolution although not essential

Relevant qualifications to the FM industry

Experience with PFI projects is highly desirable.
