Services Engineer - Project Manager - NHS

My clients busy Capital Department are looking for an experienced Building Service PM that can understand and manage infrastructure projects and join a Projects team that will close one of the run down sites and redirect services to a new site.

You will be involved in the demolishing of a hospital site, where only 15% of the site is set to be retained. You will also be part of the panel for reviewing their new energy source from a steam site to a "greener source".

The ideal candidate will have

• experience in closing hospitals or other large scale demolition projects
• a background in managing infrastructure projects
• NHS/Healthcare experience desired but not essential
