The role of Sales Manager for this market leading software company is to lead a team of new business focused Account Executives.
The client provides a market leading software to help maximise the performance of sales and marketing teams across a number of industries. They have a main office in London.
The role of Sales Manager for this London based SaaS company will include the following responsibilities:
Lead a team of experienced Account Executives in executing new business plans
Develop SDRs as they move up in to AE roles, focusing on nurturing internal talent pools to support future growth
Accurately forecast sales numbers based on quality of pipeline
Be hands on with sales calls, helping to develop team members discovery and influencing capabilities
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
A background in B2B SaaS sales with average deal values of c.$50-100k
Experience of leading SaaS sales teams (either mid-market or Enterprise level)
Able to demonstrate developing more junior talent and taking a hands on approach with individual development plans
Can show ability to develop and executive new business plans
