£80,000 to £100,000 depending on experience + excellent company benefits including bonus and car.

My client is an award winning and growing specialist contractor who operate in the civil engineering sector and specialise in civil structures, they have completed many prestigious projects across the UK and have grown quickly over the last few years.

To be suitable for the position you must have;
- Vast experience in leading high performing teams
- Vast project delivery track record of taking projects through from design through to completion
- Knowledge of civil engineering sectors ideally civil structures / bridges.

Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
- Delivered bridge sector projects
- Track record delivering business growth
- Experience in senior leadership role
- Degree

Role Information;

- You will: develop and deliver upon the companies growth strategy, be responsible for delivering all projects to budget, quality and on time, provide mentoring and support to the management and project teams, recruit, retain and manage the operational team and proactively manage and build supplier and client relationships.
