A growing and acquisitive Technology business is looking for a Finance Director. The Finance Director will head up a number of transformation projects in order to implement better quality management information, dashboards and analysis to drive understanding into profitability of various service lines. The Finance Director will report to the CFO and coach & develop a team of 5 people.

This Finance Director role will offer the incumbent a fantastic opportunity to take the business on a journey. They have multiple service lines but a lack of understanding around underlying P&L performance. Therefore, this individual will spearhead the implementation of new processes in order to educate the business on the KPIs that underpin those service lines.

In addition, the Finance Director will be expected to improve the team through coaching & development, hire new team members and structure the team as required in line with company growth.

The ideal profile will be a qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent) with existing experience as a Finance Director or Head of Finance. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a contract revenue based business (ideally Technology or Software) and a clear track record of managing teams.
