A global technology business is looking to recruit a Head of Tax to join their exciting business in London.

• Direct tax compliance in all territories in which they operate in (UK, EU and the US).
• Assessment of the application of US sales tax to our services provided in each US state
• Transfer pricing, and advising on the corporate structure and establishment in new countries
• Ensuring indirect tax compliance including oversight of VAT returns in the UK and EU
• Responsible for tax reporting in the year end financial statements
• Ownership of R&D tax credit claims
• Management of relationships with external tax advisors and preparers
• Responsibility for the tax components of our employee share incentive schemes
• Provide ad hoc advice and support to our People team on aspects of payroll taxes
• Responsibility for tax due diligence relating to equity or debt finance and M&A activity

What we're looking for

• Qualified in the Big 4 in either or both CTA or ACA
• You will have expertise in UK direct and indirect tax and proven knowledge of US tax
