Reed Legal are working on behalf of a leading global software company to support with the appointment of a Head of Legal to join the business on a fixed term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior lawyer with experience from the technology / software space to join a rapidly growing international business.

You will play a key strategic role, reporting directly into the CEO whilst collaborating with senior stakeholders across the wider business to ensure commercial objectives and goals are deliverable. In addition, you will manage a legal team based in various international locations and regions to deliver day-to-day legal support for regional sales and business teams.

• Significant Software / SaaS experience
• International exposure, comfortable working across various legal jurisdictions
• Executive Stakeholder relationship management - working with senior leadership teams.
• Experience of managing teams in different jurisdictions & time zones
• Exposure to transformation project management and delivery - with relation to M&A integration projects
• Confident with the ever-changing privacy landscape - adapt with international Data Protection / Privacy matters such as GDPR / Privacy Shield etc
• Knowledge of compliance matters ISO 200 27 & Soc 2
• Preference for working in a fast-paced commercial environment

Salary: Circa £125,000 plus benefits

Anticipated duration of contract: May - Dec 2021

Location: Remote - some travel to London office required.
