A rapidly expanding Real Estate group that are looking to grow tenfold over the next 2-3 years and IPO. They are creating a new concept within their market that will provide the absolute pinnacle of quality and service within the sector. This is a rare opportunity the get involved at the very early stages of the growth as number 1 in finance and manage the process all the way through to IPO.

The Role

This will be the first Finance Director in the business and that person will have the responsibility for the following:
• Implementing all of the processes, procedures and reporting required to grow and list.
• Recruiting and developing the finance team.
• Working with the Directors to put together a robust plan for growth.
• Working with external funding providers, both current and potential, to secure sufficient funding to drive the growth.
• Managing the relationships with the banks, auditors and ultimate corporate financiers.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following attributes:
• ACA qualified having trained in a top tier firm of accountants.
• A strong academic background.
• Considerable post qualification experience in Senior Finance roles, ideally in a listed business.
• Previous experience with IPOs would be a distinct advantage.
