CFO

The Opportunity 

Having recently completed a Series A raise, this FinTech platform is seeking their first full time CFO. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with the Founder CEO, delivering commercial insight and supporting strategic growth. The business has ambitious plans scale internationally and replicate their proven UK business model. You will have the autonomy to build and shape your own team and you will need to make sure BI & data are at the heart of strategic decision making. 

The Role 

You will need to carry out post investment professionalisation, improving the quality of monthly reporting, MI and the functionality of the internal systems. You will need to manage cash effectively and will business partner with HR and the founders on hiring plans as they ramp up sales and marking efforts. You will be the lead on future funding rounds and will therefore be responsible for managing the data room, producing an IM and pitching to investors. You will also need to manage FCA regulatory compliance so previous experience working in an FCA regulated business is highly desirable.
