Interim HR Director
Leading London-based Fintech is looking to hire an Interim HR Director. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the smooth running of the HR team and have complete accountability for all HR matters within the business.
Key skills / experience required include:
- Proven track record operating as the HR Director / Chief People Officer within a financial services organisation, operating at Board-level;
- A broad understanding across all HR related fields and activities, from supporting Board and Operating Committees (eg RemCo, Audit, Nomination, etc), through to HR Business Partnering, HR Strategy, Diversity & Inclusion, and employee engagement and support;
- Excellent communication skills comfortable operating with a broad range of stakeholders;
- Will ideally have operated within a Fintech environment but experience with broader financial services is essential;
Whilst the role will initially be remote working, a return to office in London may materialise, dependent on the how restrictions continue to ease.
