Michael Page Technology are beginning the process of looking for a Head of IT applications or Head of SAP for a business in the north west. Looking to speak with senior IT professionals with background of managing change, transformation and implementation of SAP in a manufacturing environment with a global structure.

Description
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well known and established manufacturer in the North West. As the Head of SAP business applications you will be responsible for managing a team to define the business and operational requirements of SAP. As this business grows you will be responsible for the strategic aspects of SAP applications and manage the implementation, change and programme management aspects across multiple stakeholders in global locations.
As the key point of contact for SAP applications, you will enhance the user perspective through the development process whilst also maximising efficiency for the business in an ever evolving environment. You will also oversee integration projects via a dedicated team of programme and project managers.
Profile
To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate that you have led a IT business applications team in a manufacturing or related discipline and have extensive knowledge in SAP ERP systems. As a manufacturer it is really important you understand the modules relevant for a global manufacturing operation as well as finance and other support functions and have that ability to communicate at board level as well as users to develop strategic process change and transformation.
Job Offer
c£85,00 - £95,000 + car allowance and bonus, negotiable.
