Operational Excellence Manager
You will be responsible for working across this service lead business to drive business improvement across the board from the product to the servicing and everything in between. You will be managing a big team so will be setting them up for success.
The client is a fast moving, growing business doing very well in the UK and looking internationally. They are very brand and customer focused and are a household name in their field.
You will set and lead business operational excellence methodology and execution across the board. You will be responsible for working with all the business leaders to understand improvements that could be made and then execute those improvements.
You have direct responsibility for teams managing training and branding as well as technical engineering for new products so will need to be a strong people manager.
Success will be derived from driving improvements across the operation, working collaboratively with all the stakeholders to support them in delivering projects improving their areas of responsibility.
The successful candidate will have a track record of business improvement from either a manufacturing or retail background but you must have exposure to technical products and engineering to allow you to support the engineering teams.
You will have a proven background of working cross-functionally with other areas of the business and executing business improvement programmes.
