As the Head of Digital and Ecommerce, you will have full responsibility for analysing the existing structure, and implementing the long term strategy to help grow their ecom arm.

Description

As the Head of Digital and Ecommerce, you will

  • Create the ecom strategy across the UK to help support the future growth strategy of the business
  • Help look for short term growth areas, along with longer term growth objectives
  • Help drive customer acquisition, as well as increasing existing customer wallet
  • Manage the strategic relationship of the key online B2B customers
  • Work collaboratively within a small team
  • Have full responsibility for their Ecom proposition, working with an existing small team and looking to recruit, coach individuals to support the growth strategy

Profile

As the successful Head of Digital and Ecommerce, you will have:

  • Had a proven track record within an ecommerce leadership role
  • Experience of growing an ecommerce arm of a business, demonstrating successful YOY growth
  • Strong digital knowledge such as SEO, PPC, , Conversion and Trading
  • Experience of working in an SME environment, preferably B2B, though B2C ecommerce backgrounds will be considered
  • Had full experience of managing daily the relationships of key B2B online accounts
  • Experience of creating and implementing a strategy that features growing existing online accounts and targeting new business
  • Access to Manchester, though flexible working is available
