Interim Mergers & Acquisitions Consultant-Lead on acquisition
Having agreed the acquistion of an off shore business, we require an experienced M&A Consultant/Lead to assume full operational management of the process.
Key responsibilities will include:
-assume lead point of contact with both buy and sell side advisors/legals/banks/lenders
-build a full acquisition due diligence roadmap, with regular reporting and monitoring of issues
-deliver update reports and RAG status to the Exec and Board
-own the buy side DD process and drive, recommending and resolving issues
-develop a post acquisition integration plan
The role initially will focus on pre-acq and to the point of transaction, although it is likley the same individual will then project manage the integration
The idela candidate will:
-have a track record of success operating at CFO or exec level
-have recent experience of leading a corporate acquisition
-ideally have a corporate finance background, with Big 4 training
We envisage 4-6 months with an immediate start.
