As the world of work and the workplace reacts to the huge changes 2020 threw at us all this role is positioned perfectly to take a lead role in exploring, designing, delivering and championing workplace change for 2021 and beyond!

You will take leadership of a small team of workplace change professionals helping to guide the practice into this currently under resourced area in which they are getting a huge influx of requirements for.

You will need to have led workplace change projects end to end, you will be confident tackling difficult stakeholders, you will be an expert in conflict management, and you can write a client visioning workshop with your eyes closed. You will take price in delivering lasting workplace change to a FTSE250 client base and excel in seeing workplace excel for their employees sound like you?
