Digital Programme Manager - Customer Loyalty - Retail Client

Our Retail industry client have a requirement for an experienced Digital Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a new digital customer loyalty programme.

Remote Working

GBP635 per day. 6 month initial contract. OUTSIDE IR35

This Digital Programme Manager will lead the delivery of a brand new customer loyalty programme for the client, which will provide the loyalty club members with access to a range of complimentary services, free gifts, prioritised access and incentives via digital channels and an online membership portal.

This Programme Manager will be responsible for delivering a data solution that will utilise existing customer and product data held by the client in order to provide personalised and tailored services to each loyalty programme member.

Experience required:

• Strong previous Digital programme management experience
• Delivery of customer facing Front End portals and platforms
• Strong experience of customer data focused project deliveries
• Any experience of working on loyalty programme/loyalty card projects would be desirable but not essential
• Previous experience of working in the Retail or eCommerce industries
• Experience of working with and managing 3rd party IT suppliers/partners
• Proven track record of working in fast paced environments
• Exceptional Stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, dynamic and 'can-do' approach to their work

NB: This role will initially be fully remote, with the expecation of circa 1-2 days onsite in the Midlands for important meetings etc. in the future.
