Job Details
Our client is a well-respected fresh food storage, processing and distribution business. Due to continued expansion they wish to appoint an Operations Director, to run their multi-sited operation.
The role
- Reporting to the board you will have full operational and commercial responsibility for the day to day running of the business.
- To standardised and improve operational efficiencies across the group, ensuring the business resources are continually able to satisfy client demands and market change.
The Person
- Ideally you will be of Degree educated with a significant level of experience in an operational, site leadership or general management function.
- An inspirational leader with the ability to develop the senior team. Ideally you will have experience within the food, agri-food or fresh produce sectors.
- A good understanding of supply chain and logistics will be a key requirement of the role. You will enjoy working in a fast moving and challenging environment.
