Project quantity surveyor ideally with experience in social housing, affordable housing, residential, extra care and related work. Experience on retail, education and healthcare also considered.
Experienced in all aspects of Quantity Surveying
Pre and Post Contract Administration duties as both Traditional QS and or as an employer's agent is desired
Knowledge of Procurement
Feasibility and Cost Planning, Measurement, Contract Administrationucation and healthcare projects can also be considered.

Ideally degree qualified in related subject
5+ years PQE, ideally in the related industries noted above
