A global fintech scale-up are looking for a new Head of Account Management to grow, develop and nurture their renewals teams, overseeing key clients.
The role would suit someone with a proven track record in leading an account management function, that enjoys working in a fast paced, high growth environment.

Our client is a fast growing organisation within the FinTech space.
Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering growth targets for the business, running smooth processes for existing customers and ensuring renewals rate are high.
The ability to grow, develop, and retain people will be a key asset for the role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and managing a team of Account Managers and Executives.
- Achieving and encouraging the team to achieve growth and retention targets.
- Ensuring a high quality experience for all customers.
- Implementing strategies to help customers continuously improve performance.
Profile
The successful candidate should have the following skillset:
- You enjoy managing and nurturing team members.
- You have proven experience in account management, ranging from SMB to larger C-suite clients.
- You are commercially minded with a good grasp of growth levers.
- You have strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
Job Offer
Basic salary circa £80,000 DOE plus Bonus and potential share options
