As the Head of Marketing, you take responsibility for the brand and the entire UK and International marketing strategy from research and planning to execution and analysis. Taking responsibility for the whole Marketing function, you will have full accountability of the Marketing budget, take responsibility for driving performance across all channels, assessing performance, and introducing new initiatives to deliver future growth.

As the Head of Marketing, you will

  • Manage all Group marketing activiites both UK and abroad
  • Manage the Marketing team, coaching and hire as required
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan
  • Set current and long-term goals for marketing teams
  • Drive Performance and Partner Marketing strategies
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Have full Marketing budget responsibility
  • Prioritise marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics


The successful Head of Marketing will:

  • Be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering success at a similar level
  • Highly desirable to have B2B2C experience, though B2C would be considered
  • A strong understanding of all digital platforms
  • Good working knowledge of the ecommerce sector
  • Some international experience would be beneficial but not crucial
  • Accessible to Manchester
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Have the ability to understand data, analyse and evaluate to make commercially beneficial decisions
  • Must be fluent in Google Analytics
  • Be happy working in a fast, ever changing environment
  • Have background in strong team leadership, coaching and hiring as required to ensure high performance
