Communicate are partnering with a FTSE-listed behemoth in their search for a divisional CFO. This business operates in more than 100 countries, with over 50,000 staff and c.£3bn turnover, so for the chosen candidate this is a real opportunity for a long-term career and progression.

The chosen candidate will have complete P&L ownership of c.£500m, which will encompass responsibility of Financial control, Financial planning, audit and commercials. 

This business unit has experienced rapid growth, both organically and through acquisition, and so is in need of some stability through the addition of a best-in-class CFO. The chosen candidate will have most likely come from a background in audit (ACA Big 4), before spending their career in FTSE 100/250 organisations. 

It is essential that you have had P&L ownership and managed sizeable teams. While sector is not of the upmost importance for this role, the business operates in the Consumer Services space, so experience within that, or a relevant, sector would be an added bonus.

Our client will be looking to commence interviews at the beginning of April and re working from home, there will be an opportunity to work flexibly (however, a 75% office-based week should be expected).
