Senior buyer with extensive hard FM procurement experience required for an established global facilities management company.
Client Details
Leading facilities management service provider, who have a global presence and work with clients in both the private and public sectors
Description
- Be the lead in all tendering and sourcing activity across a number of business areas within the Hard FM category
- Be confident in leveraging supplier relationships, and also managing internal stakeholders
- Deliver on cost saving/value improvement initiatives
- Track and report key deliverables such as savings and compliance
- Ensure that strategies improve commercial performance, while mitigating risk to the company
Profile
- Extensive procurement experience within Hard FM (HVAC, Building services)
- Able to lead a full end to end tender process
- Able to manage challenging supplier relationships
- Hold relevant qualifications (Degree/CIPS)
