Job Title: Mobile Device Management Administrator

Job Type: Contract

Contract Rate: Euro 200 per day

Contract Length: 12 Months with Multiple extensions

Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Contract Mobile Device Management Administrator to join their client in Warsaw.

Task 1: Managing the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution (Microsoft Intune)

1. Updating the existing MDM configuration and policies, and creating new ones when required,
2. Supporting and coordinating new Intune/Azure infrastructure deployments and enhancements in cooperation with other ICT working groups,
3. Updating the Apple VPP/Apple Business Manager/Apple APNS certificates,
4. Following up and testing the MDM major updates that are periodically introduced by our vendor,
5. Troubleshooting MDM issues in cooperation with other ICT working groups and/or our vendor (Microsoft),

   Task 2: Managing Mobile devices

6. Preparing new mobile devices (iOS devices) for business use,
7. Troubleshooting end users' mobile devices related issues,
8. Testing iOS/Android MDM new configurations,
9. Testing iOS/Android new updates,

Task 3: Managing Mobile Device applications

1. Creating application configuration policies for our business apps,
2. Keeping the business apps installed up to date and free of errors,
3. Purchasing and assigning licenses for new required business applications (via Apple VPP - Volume Purchase Program),
4. Supporting our ICT Developers team to test and distribute new "Line of Business" (LOB) applications,

Task 4: Documentation

1. Creating new technical documentation for ICT internal use related with MDM,
2. Creating new mobile device related how-to documentation and manuals for our end users,
3. Updating the existing documentation to reflex updates and changes,
