Description

I am currently recruiting a Vice President Regulatory Affairs with global bank. You will:

  • Provide input to EMEA Division as a subject matter expert in Regulatory Affairs.
  • Maintain an effective, professional and proactive relationship with UK regulators, the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and other EMEA regulators
  • Assist in the development and delivery of the strategic approach to managing regulatory developments and engagements in the EMEA Division
  • Preparing briefings and materials appropriate to meet regulatory expectations.
  • Review consultation papers and policy statements from EU and UK regulators so that EMEA Division can implement requirements correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of reports and identify the key regulatory issues to highlight to Head of EMEA Division and key EMEA senior management on a weekly basis.

Profile

You will have:

  • Experience of regulatory affairs in financial services preferable in both prudential and conduct but either will also be considered
  • Experience of leading on regulatory developments/policy
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience

Job Offer

£80,000 - £90,000 PA DOE plus excellent benefits
