Global Pharmaceutical Client now require a highly skilled Change Manager to join a complex Human Resources programme based in London

The Change Manager will be responsible for designing, driving, delivering, and stabilizing complex technical, automation and personnel growth changes through 2021.

The Change Manager will have strong experience in Change Management and be proven at delivering tangible business benefits.

Skills Required to be successful in the role:

• Deep experience in change management
• Proven experience of working on complex global Transformation programmes
• Change management design and delivery
• Ability to hit the ground running and create structure in an ambiguous environment
• Complex problem-solving skills
• Highly effective senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Must be located in London
