Our client is a UK leading Telecoms company, who are committed to providing the highest quality products and services. They are currently looking for a HR focused Project Manager to join their team

Location

  • Reading or Hammersmith (can be flexible on location)
  • Remote working for now

Rate (inside IR35 only)

  • GBP243 per day - PAYE + Holiday pay
  • GBP238 per day - Via a Hays-approved Umbrella company

Working Hours
Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30pm)

Job Overview
Our client is currently going through a merger and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage pre-merger initiatives related to the employee experience team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program manage all the Pre-Merger Initiatives related projects in the Employee Experience team to make sure that they are aligned and connected without duplication.
  • Establish a holistic project plan as appropriate.
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress of assigned project to Head of Talent & Performance Management and Director of Employee Experience.
  • Co-ordination of, publication, review and sign-off of major PMI deliverables eg data collation, analysis etc.
  • Coordinating project activities with employee experience team to ensure timely completion.
  • Managing project risks, issues and change control, communicating the impact to the project.
  • Develop working relationship all the key stakeholders such as project managers of other workstreams, HR, counterparts in JV organisation etc., and drive success.

Experience

  • Experience of working within an HR operational environment with project management experience.
  • Highly Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint with the ability to manipulate and analyse data
  • Extensive experience in data management, analysis and presentation
  • Experience in interpreting concepts and clearly presenting back in PowerPoint or report format
  • Good communication skills
  • Data savvy and able to analyse, interpret and report back key themes and make recommendations
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus
  • Working on acquisitions or mergers is also hugely beneficial!
