Change Business Analyst for a financial services organisation working on their business banking transformation.

MUST be AGILE and have experience with customer journey mapping.

You will be involved in several projects, need to be a dynamic individual and have an understanding of retail banking.

Skills needed:

- Organisational model transformation experience

- Process Engineering

- Strong stakeholder management

- Be able to come in and hit the ground running, no juniors
