• Head of People - Tech Start Up
• £600-800 per day outside IR35
• Central London Based - remote working currently

Tech start up who have recently acquired Series A funding are seeking a Head of People on an interim basis - three months.

This position will see you working closely with the CEO and Founder to create end to end people strategy. Through your design you will create leading edge capability within the organisation leveraging your experience in scaling previous start ups on their journey from series B to A.

You will collaborate with the Found and team to create their core values, vision and behaviours to that will align with their anticipated growth. The focus will be to create an effortless agile platform which will be rolled out globally.

This is an urgent position in which is an all-encompassing Head of People position within a start-up. Given their ambitious growth plans the client is solely seeking individuals who come from a start up background having previously scaled businesses from Series A to B.
