Blackfield Associates are partnered with a leading Bio-Pharmaceutical Organisation in search for an interim Head of QMS/QMS Lead on an initial 3 month contract to support the business with a transition period.

You will lead SME teams within the Quality Management System & Compliance division whilst ensuring delivery of compliant Quality Systems. You will take accountable of all GxP - Quality Systems and provide operational direction during the transition period. You will ensure processes and procedures are in line with regulatory requirements set by Health Authorities (EU, FDA, MHRA, etc.). Provide guidance and expertise to management; GMP, ICH and internal policies/procedures.

You will have previous people management experience in a GMP Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical environment within a Quality Assurance role. Previous experience of regulatory requirements MHRA, EU, FDA, etc. A track record of change management or improvement programs.
