Our new COO will have a significant strategic impact by leading experienced and dedicated team, housing services, compliance repairs and maintenance, rents and service charges. The COO will be a core member of our strategic Executive Leadership team, working alongside the FD, contributing to our future direction, development and success.

Description
- Governance & regulations within housing care & support
- Experience in working effectively and compassionately with people with complex and challenging needs
- Ability to work effectively with minimum direct supervision
- Experience of managing staff
- Well-developed problem solving, influencing & organisational skills
- Experience of working collaboratively with contractors, external organisations and tenants
- Experience of managing contracts
- Overseeing property services including; asset management, repairs & compliance
- Performance reviews of regional property teams
- Strategic view of voids & property fill rates
- Rents & service charge
Profile
- Operated at a senior level for a public sector residential provider
- Background in managing care & support properties
- Asset management or housing management expertise
- Understanding of governance & regulations
