I am looking to speak to experienced Interim Production Managers / Operation Managers who want a change project focussing upon the development of a capable and willing production department into an efficient unit pulling in the same direction.

With up to 200 skilled and semi skilled staff, this is no small task requiring an individual who has successfully delivered cultural change projects at previous businesses. We want to attract individuals who will not only generate positive change but also hand over a motivated workforce to a permanent production manager further down the line.

The environment is complex product manufacture and the successful candidate will have aerospace, automotive or specialist machinery experience. They will also have a senior pedigree having lead large production teams in the past (100+ staff) and be able to demonstrate where they have successfully deployed change initiatives.

This is an inside IR35 contract and will likely last 12 months+.
