Head of Architecture - Home / London - 3 Months

The Job

Working as a Head of Strategy & Architecture you will have full responsibility for defining, shaping and implementing an enterprise wide technology architecture roadmap across data and digital ensuring they are optimised for contact centre and multi-channel environments across various digital and Cloud based technologies (Azure). This organisation is currently undergoing a major Digital Transformation to update all of their platforms therefore prior digital transformation strategy experience is essential.

You will report directly into the Director of Technology Strategy and work closely with a diverse set of stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of the organisation wide strategic roadmap and capabilities required to deliver in line with the overall business strategy. You will be a trusted advisor to the Exec Leadership team and therefore must be able to demonstrate your technical knowledge and communicate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders up to a senior level - both technical and non-technical.

You will lead a small team of 3 -4 Solution Architects with varying specialisms around Data, Infrastructure, Applications and CRM.

About you

The ideal candidate will be a Head of Architecture with demonstrable experience developing and implementing a Digital Transformation strategy with experience of leading a team of Solution Architects. You will possess a solid Solution Architect / Enterprise Architecture background across a broad range of technologies such as CRM (MS Dynamics 365), CMS (Sitecore), Microsoft technology stack (.NET), and Azure Cloud.

You will be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership / team motivational skills to inspire high performance as well as help develop their careers and therefore must have line managed a team previously.

You must be an exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

Home / London (Home during the pandemic, 3 days in office thereafter)

Rate

£600 per day (negotiable for the right candidate)
