Job Details
Our client, an international service business, 1billion plus t/o is looking for an interim Group Financial Controller to join them for 6-12 months. When guidelines permit, the expectation is that you will be in the office in London for 3-4 days a week. In this role you will oversee Tax, Treasury, Internal & External Reporting and FP&A.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing cash flow forecasting & working capital management
- Develop the management reporting and responsible for the monthly internal and external reporting
- Maintenance of the group's accounting policies and ensuring their correct and consistent application across the group
- Ensure compliance for all UK tax regulations and consideration of overseas tax compliance
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant
- GFC experience in a similar scale organisation
- Experience of consolidating international entities
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills
- US GAAP experience
- US tax experience beneficial
