Our client is a well-established and highly regarded regional firm based in Buckinghamshire. They are now seeking an ambitious Corporate Partner to join their team as Head of Corporate.

The team work with business owners and investors on a broad range of corporate & commercial transactions including M&A, disposals, restructuring and reorganisations, private equity investments, as well as commercial contracts & agreements. They have particular expertise in the technology, IT, brand distribution and motorsport sectors and act for clients ranging from start-ups and high-net-worth individuals to multinational corporations and public bodies.

You will need to be an established Corporate Partner with proven success in developing and maintaining your own client portfolio and practice. The firm are keen to recruit an ambitious Partner who is ready to strategically lead and grow a small (but busy!) team.
