An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, seasoned CFO to join a growing Facilities Management business on the Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire border.
Over the past five years, our client has developed an outstanding reputation in the market and are now looking to grow both organically and through M&A, by enlisting the help of a more established and experienced CFO.
Currently turning over c.£50m, the chosen candidate will come from an SME background (ideally having had some exposure to larger corporates earlier in their career), with a proven track record of scaling up and successfully transforming organisations.
Experience Required:
- ACA / CIMA / ACCA Qualified, with extensive PQE
- Evidenced success within SME Business Services organisations
- An experienced CFO, with a “been there done that” profile
- Has developed sizeable teams throughout their career
- Ownership over the entire finance function (inc. Reporting / Tax / Treasury / FP&A / M&A)
- Ideally on 3 months notice or less
