Over the last few years, we have made good progress in upgrading our core systems. However, we are now moving into a new phase driven by ever increasing demands from clients for improved service, efficiency and innovation in general. The position of CTO, which reports to the Joint Managing Partners and has a seat on the management board, is new to the business. The purpose of this role is to increase our focus on all aspects of our users experience of technology to maximise the benefits we get from our existing systems and to accelerate the application of leading-edge proven technologies - both within the firm and in the way we work with clients.

The role will require a commercially focused technology leader with both the vision to see what is possible and the pragmatism and expertise to be able to sell and deliver it. The scope of the role includes the application of 'big data', use of AI, automation, collaboration tools and working in partnership with leading providers to develop unique IT enabled client products and strategic management of IT operations.
