Are you an experienced Programme Director looking for an exciting role in a fast pace growth environment?
Working for a leading care provider, backed by Private Equity, supporting a range of projects relating to the integration of recently acquired services and supporting future acquisitions.
You will have experience of working with mergers and be fully competent in aligning acquired services, ensuring that operational transformation is followed through to align with the companies Values and Vision.
The successful applicant will be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and establish effective working relationships in all areas of the businesses.
As part of your key responsibilities, you will develop and maintain appropriate project plans, tracking and reporting progress against key milestones and provide timely status updates for the Boards and key stakeholders.
Core Skills
• Experience of working within a complex programme and project environment
• Hands on experience of being accountable for the delivery of technology projects
• Programme design and strong stakeholder management
• Leadership and team working skills
• Demonstrable experience of complex integration projects, delivering on time and within budget
