S/4HANA Programme Manager

One of the world's leading Digital Transformation consulting organisations are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Programme Manager to join their growing European Enterprise Applications practice.

Despite the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, they are forging ahead with the building of their S/4HANA Transformation team that deliverers strategic SAP S/4HANA Transformation programmes for their FTSE100 client portfolio.

Suitable SAP S/4HANA Finance professionals will have a mixture of the following skills and experience:

• Must have experience proven track record as a S4/HANA Programme Manager or similar role with a proven track record of delivering high value (GBP10M+), global ERP and S/4HANA implementations
• Must have experience using SAP Model company and Activate based approach for Enterprise SAP implementation and have worked to an on/offshore model
• Experience working within a leading IT Services, Systems Integrator or Management Consultancy (preferably Big 4, IBM, Accenture, Capgemini etc.)
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and support them through their S/4HANA transformation journey
• Must have a background in ERP/SAP functional consulting, advisory or delivery
• Must have broad knowledge of the S/4HANA product suite including OTC, P2P, Finance and Supply Chain
• implementation using SAP Model company and Activate based approach for SAP deployments
• Possess strong stakeholder management experience at CxO level
• Ability to lead client workshops and be familiar with Design Thinking
• A strong consulting toolkit and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong academic background (BSc/MSc/PhD)
