The Company and Role

I am working with a well-known player in the social media space. Their offering covers social, video and content. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new role leading the agency, covering proposition management/P+L management/revenue and team growth. We are looking for a commercially focused agency director who is ready to take the next step in their career and take the reins.

Key focus and required skills

• Responsible for revenue goals which include developing existing business as well as generating new business accounts and growth across the agency
• Build a 1 year and 3 year plan to deliver growth and profitability
• Driving the pitch process targeting both client direct and agency
• Understanding and scoping the social & digital media landscape to generate opportunities
• Managing the P&L, pipeline and reporting to the wider group business
• Developing and building a team, with the goal of doubling headcount
• Strong network of contacts in the digital media, creative and brand space
• Extensive knowledge of current social media technologies, platforms and revenue opportunities
