The Opportunity:
We require a Senior Project Manager with strong commercial IT exposure to deliver on key software development projects in the gaming industry. We are looking for a strong experience delivering software projects working at the centre of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Working closely with the CPU toolchain team you will be intricate in helping developing features, improving performance of programming tools used by game developers to produce high quality games sold around the world.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience as an IT Project Manager (c6-8 years) with a proven track record of delivering software development projects
- Drive the project planning process that gives maximum visibility on the overall status of development progress by integrating work from multiple teams
- Anticipates and solves problems independently and collaboratively while developing collaborative relationships
- Proficient with standard project management development tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS)
- Ample knowledge of Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- A track record of delivering projects under budget and on schedule
- Strong problem solving and relationship building skills, with excellent task-tracking organizational skills
Role and Responsibility:
- Driving the start-to-end full software development life cycle
- Creating plans, monitoring progress, and co-ordinating test and releases
- Collaborate with the Leadership team to audit resource impacts and requirements for the project's overall schedule
- Work with all teams to continually improve our software development process.
- Contribute to improving project management and software development practices.
- Working closely with the CPU Toolchain team to developing features and improve the performance and robustness of the CPU compiler, linker and associated LLVM tools
