Job Description

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to manage our onboarding process for interim contractors and lead on general compliance matters. The Client Services Manager ensures that placements are compliant with contractual and legal obligations, for both BIE and end client, and also acts as first contact for contract review and negotiation with interim contractor and end client.

Reporting into the Finance & Operations Director and working closely with Partners and other Directors, the successful candidate will also act as lead point for compliance matters (GDPR, H&S and others), ensuring compliance, effecting legislative change internally, reviewing documentation and leading on related actions and communication.

You will be expected to have proven attention to detail, with strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, both internal and external.

Location will be virtual to begin with but may change to a requirement to be based in our London (City) offices a few days a week depending on the ongoing pandemic and recommended working practices.
