Interim Head of Reward - 9MFTC

Up to £110,000 + Benefits
Network HR have been retained by a global Insurance provider to support with the hire of an Interim Head of Reward, who will work closely with the Chief People Officer and Senior leaders to scope, design and implement the Reward strategy across the business. The successful Head of Reward will ensure that the reward plans and initiatives will align with the firm's business strategy and meet regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Financial Services and will be able to evidence a track record of reward frameworks and design on a global scale. Other responsibilities will include:
Develop, model and manage the firm's incentive plans and make recommendations
Conduct levelling for internal salary bands and take a lead role in embedding a band framework that aligns to future reward structures
Complete annual internal and external benchmarking and produce analysis for any recommendations
Provide advice to members of the HR team and wider business on specific reward enquiries including job evaluations, as well as offer support and counsel on complex reward matters
Complete LTIP modelling and management
Project manage the annual salary and bonus process including the production and review of departmental reports, effective communications and ensuring accurate updates are provided to payroll
Prepare papers for the Remuneration Committee, and where required, present information to the Committee
Manage and develop a HR coordinator, providing learning opportunities and feedback
Prepare reports to their regulators on reward related matters
Conduct scenario analysis
Manage reward related projects
Partner with the finance team to ensure incentive plans are accrued and managed effectively within departmental budgets
Partner with their Payroll & Benefits Manager and ensure information flow is effective
Oversee the provision of effective management information to the Executive Committee and other key stakeholders and provide insight on a range of key people and culture data
Ensure the team exploits the benefits of Workday in the production of management information and data
Highlight and analyse trends in people data and make recommendations to help inform decisions
Keep abreast of reward and data best practice and regulatory changes and offer insight and recommendation to the HR team
Champion the company values and work in accordance with the organisational behaviours.
