Our client is a leading Project Management and Building Consultancy Firm

Description

Deliver a complex mixed-use residential development and large commercial new build/refurbishment from feasibility to completion.

Projects (not limited to):

    Large Commercial Office Refurbishment Projects ranging from £20-£80M Phase 1 c. 80M resi-led mixed-use projects, part of £215M larger residential mixed-use development

Profile

  • 5-10 years of Project Management experience either client-side or from Consultancy
  • Experience in delivering commercial office, residential, or mixed-use development projects
  • MRICS/MCIOB is preferred
