We have a new opportunity for a Performance Test Manager to work within our client's dedicated Technical Testing Team, where you will manage and deliver performance testing services to a leading Tech company based in Scotland.

Interviews will be taking place via phone and video calls due to Covid restrictions.

This role will be fully remote to start and then will require commuting to Glasgow when it is safe to do so!

Working as the Performance Test Manager you will manage teams and projects from end to end, planning, Scripting, and executing performance tests using a variety of tools on your own and in a team.

This role requires someone from a solid performance testing background who has creative ideas and is very good at finding solutions to problems.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• 5 years of Performance Test Management experience - (both technical & strategic)
• Passionate about performance Testing
• Hands-on when required to be
• Hold ILR or a British Passport
• Automation test skills with Selenium or UFT a bonus
• Have experience with multiple tools such as Loadrunner, Jmeter & Neoload etc
• Able to understand the difference between client-side and Server Side performance
• Previous experience delivering performance test solutions with tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter or SilkPerformer or Neoload
• Able to pick up new tools and techniques quickly
• Source control your test assets
• Linux, Jira, Confluence & Jenkins experience also required
• Senior stakeholder management experience
• cloud experience - Azure/AWS etc
