HR Project Manager (Workday) - 3 month contract- Fully Remote

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 3 month contract initial (with a view to extend till the end of 2021)

One of my leading pharma clients is looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to come on board ASAP to a business critical project. They want someone to complete the project management and deliverables of Phase One On-boarding.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Project Management experience 7 years +:

• Project Management qualification (Prince 2, Agile):

• HR Systems Expertise and Digitalisation skills - Workday preferable:

• Good working understanding and experience of implementing and supporting HR IT cloud-based systems, data analytics, and experience of integrating processes:

• Demonstrable experience of dealing with and prioritizing complex business requirements within a multi-project project:

• Experience in working with a range of business stakeholders from senior management to team members

• Functional knowledge of Workday's HCM modules is desirable

• Good working understanding and experience of implementing and supporting HR IT cloud based systems, data analytics and experience of integrating processes
