Job Title - Project Manager

Location - Milton Keynes

Rates - GBP345.26 (PAYE) or GBP395.43 (Ltd)

My client is looking to employ a Project Manager for a period of 3 months with a view to extending for the right candidate. As the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the tender assurance process which involves liaising with sponsors, capital investment directors and colleagues across the business.

What you will do:

  • You will be responsible for identifying the projects and programmes requiring tender assurance and a suitable time to undertake the review with consideration to other assurance activities.
  • Once identified, you will plan and deliver milestones pre and post the tender assurance review, which includes identifying appropriate reviewers across multiple disciplines and making sure they have the relevant material to undertake the tender assurance review on the day.
  • Analysing the outputs and feedback following the review to identify improvement opportunities that will benefit the wider business and the tender assurance process itself.

Your experience will include:

Essential

  • Stakeholder management with senior leaders, including the ability to communicate, influence and negotiate at senior levels.
  • Being able to effectively plan, amend and deliver a schedule of assurance reviews.
  • Experience of identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Any experience of undertaking or receiving assurance reviews and providing assurance prior to funding decision points is desirable.
