Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation based in Glasgow, are currently looking to recruit a Trakcare Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of GBP400-425/day (outside of IR35). This role will be remote based.

Role:
Intersystems TrakCare (vT2018) is the Patient Management Systems used across the organisation currently. Will be upgrading to the latest version T2020 or T2021 by summer 2021. An experienced Project Manager is required to manage the end to end upgrade life cycle including engagement with Intersystems Technical Teams and organisation Senior Management.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Computer Sciences/Software Development or equivalent or relevant experience
  • 10 years TrakCare implementation experience
  • Design, development and implementation experience of TrakCare upgrade process
  • Experience of agile methodologies and continuous improvement of development processes
  • Significant specialist experience in advanced systems design and testing
  • Awareness of Industry Standard Testing Techniques
  • Experienced in leading technical teams
  • Excellent communicator - able to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Self-motivated - capable of working with limited supervision, pro-actively reporting on status and tasks

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience of working with NHS Scotland Health Boards and having a lead role in TrakCare upgrades.
